Broadway Engineering came to us with there vision of full automation. They were performing multiple instances of redundant data entry. So one of the major design aspects of this database was efficiency. The database is designed to learn what that user is doing for a particular customer on the telephone and fill out fields automatically. The Database also creates a quite a fancy inventory system.
