As inventory comes in and it is logged under a customer PO. Multiple loads and  PO's can be shipped out on one packing slip to the drop site. The database has built in functions to quickly inform the of various information. Commonly asked questions are even more automated. Such as,  "How much inventory do I have and how many open PO's?"
